Painting Contractor · Flower MoundPainting planned around this market
GMP Painting Solutions LLC paints houses, rental property and small multifamily buildings throughout Flower Mound and the surrounding parts of Denton County. Flower Mound is a low-density, HOA-governed community of larger 1990s and 2000s homes in brick and stone, with substantial interior trim, two-story entries, tall stairwells and significant cabinetry. Acreage property remains in the western portion of town.
What that housing stock is made of decides where the work goes. Mature landscaping and lake proximity leave many elevations heavily shaded and moisture-retaining next to fully exposed ones that fade, so one house often needs two prep approaches. Deep eaves, dormers and second-story trim put much of the paintable surface at height, which drives access and staging costs. Between the Lakeside DFW area, Bridlewood, Wellington, Canyon Falls, the FM 1171 and FM 2499 corridors, the Lake Grapevine shoreline neighborhoods, and the Grapevine-Colleyville and Lewisville ISD areas, the same service call can mean two different scopes, which is exactly what the walk-through is for.
An established, largely built-out community where the dominant need is high-detail repainting of homes now 20 to 30 years old. The request we field most often here is exterior repaints coordinating fascia, soffits, shutters, porch columns and garage doors within HOA color standards, and we run Flower Mound work on the same routes as Lewisville, Grapevine and Highland Village — so scheduling does not wait on a job finishing somewhere else.
